Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable
4.2 How to Start a Return

• Your order number
• Reason for return

4.3 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4.4 Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an Emory & Hope digital gift card for the value of the item(s).
Store credit is sent via email within 3–5 business days and does not expire.
4.5 Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order immediately to ensure the item does not sell out.
You can apply your store credit as soon as it arrives in your inbox.

5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation within the first 12 hours, contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist.
