Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During product launches or sales, please allow an extra 1–2 business days.

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $5.95 or free on orders over $75

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $12.95

We currently ship to all U.S. states. International shipping coming soon!

We hope you adore every piece you order from Emory & Hope, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it easy to find something you love!

Return Eligibility

    •    Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

    •    Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

Simply email us at hello@emoryandhope.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will walk you through the process.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an Emory & Hope digital gift card for the amount of your item(s). Your shop credit will arrive in your inbox within 3–5 business days—perfect for picking out something new!

Exchanges

If you’re looking for a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order right away to make sure it doesn’t sell out. You can use your shop credit as soon as it’s issued.
